Update or Install Chrome Browser
Before you get started, we want to remind you that TRONIX is compatible and fully supported using the Google Chrome browser.

This user guide is designed to be a step-by-step tutorial on how to navigate TRONIX. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to ask! We have a variety of ways to help:
- Visit our Help Desk at http://support.tronixtrm.com/support/home to view our library of User Guides and FAQs or create a support ticket.

- Call the TRONIX Help Desk at 817-533-8588.
Once you have updated your browser and become familiar with the Help Desk, you are now ready to log into TRONIX by following the steps below:
- Click the link in your welcome email or copy and paste the URL into your browser: https://my.tronixtrm.com/Account/Login
- Bookmark the TRONIX site to your browser.
- Log in using the username and password provided in your welcome email. Passwords are case sensitive.
