Overview


This tutorial introduces you to the TRONIX Dashboard, where you can perform a variety of functions. The Dashboard appears when you first login to TRONIX. You can also access it from the left navigation menu by selecting the Dashboard icon:


Dashboard Top-Right Buttons

The top-right corner of the Dashboard contains the following buttons, which are discussed in detail later in this tutorial:

  • Release Notes notification – Notification for whenever a new release has been published. 
  • Select a Dealer - For more information, see "Select a Dealer" below.
  • Quicklinks - For more information, see "Quicklinks" below.
  • User Menu - For more information, see "User Menu" below. 


Dashboard Top-Left Buttons

The top-left corner of the Dashboard contains the following buttons:

  • New Deal – This takes you to the New Deal Entry dialog. You can also access this dialog by selecting Deals > New Deal from the left navigation menu. For more information, see Deals - New Deal.
  • Quick Quote – This takes you to the Quick Quote dialog. You can also access this dialog by selecting Deals > Quick Quote from the left navigation menu. For more information, see Deals - Quick Quote.
  • Lookup Contract – This takes you to the Contract Lookup dialog. You can also access this dialog by selecting Tools > Contract Lookup from the left navigation menu. For more information, see Tools - Contract Lookup.
  • Cancel Quote – This takes you to the Cancel Quote dialog. You can also access this dialog by selecting Cancels > Cancel Quote from the left navigation menu. For more information, see Cancels > Cancel Quote.


Dashboard Performance Statistics - Producer

The Dashboard contains performance statistics for the Month-to-date time period. The following performance statistics are displayed:

  • Vehicle Sales – provides view of the producer’s overall vehicle sales performance for New and Used vehicle sales.
  • Deal Types – provides the breakdown in deal types for producer’s vehicle sales
  • Products Sold – provides breakdown of products sold.
  • Product Income – provides view of the overall F&I income for vehicle sales.
  • Products Per Sale  provides view of the overall Products Sold per Sale performance. 
  • Profit Per Sale – provides average product revenue per vehicle sold.
  • Penetration – provides a view of overall product penetration performance for New and Used vehicle sales.  
  • Overall Ranking – provides overall producer ranking in store based on KPI performance.



Select a Dealer 

  1. Click the Select a Dealer button in the top-right corner of the Dashboard:
  2. The Select a Dealer dialog appears where you make the following selections: 
  3. Click Ok to save your selections. 

Quicklinks

The Quicklinks icon opens a menu with the following options:

  • User Guides & FAQs – Takes you to the TRONIX Help Desk. Here you can create a Help Desk ticket using the Creating a Help Desk Ticket tutorial and check on the status of existing tickets. You can also review the various TRONIX tutorials and FAQs.
  • Online Forms - Directs you to available fillable forms. 
  • Contact Us – Opens the Contact Us dialog, which contains details on how to contact TRONIX.



User Menu

The User menu contains these menu items:

  • My Profile – This menu item allows you to edit your TRONIX user profile or change your TRONIX password. For details, see "Edit User Profile" below.
  • Change Password - Allows you to change your password. 
  • Sign Out – This menu item allows you to log out of your TRONIX account.


Edit User Profile

To edit details in your TRONIX user profile:

  1. Click the My Profile icon on the User Menu to launch the My Profile dialog: 
  2. Use the available fields and drop-down lists to make changes to your TRONIX profile.

First NameYour first name.
Last NameYour last name.
TRONIX Producer IDThe producer ID assigned to you (if applicable) in TRONIX. Not editable.
Primary Phone NumberYour primary phone number.
Primary Fax NumberYour primary fax number.
Email AddressYour email address.
SaveClick this button to save your changes.
CancelClick this button to cancel out of your changes.


Change Password

To change your TRONIX password:

  1. In the My Profile dialog, click the Change Password button to launch the Change Password dialog: 

2. Enter the new password and confirm it in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. 


New passwords are case sensitive. No password complexity rules currently exist in TRONIX other than it cannot be the same as the user name.


3. Click Save to save the new password.

Icon
